A Weekend of Ease and Intention

This weekend unfolds with intention and ease. Mornings begin with quiet, followed by nourishing yoga, breath, and stillness practices to awaken body and mind. After a slow brunch, there’s time to wander the land, sip tea, read, rest, or enjoy a massage. Afternoons are unhurried, with optional workshops or simply space to just be. As the light fades, we gather again for grounding evening sessions before sharing a seasonal meal, followed by fireside chats or early nights. It’s a weekend designed to meet you where you are , soft, spacious, and deeply restorative.

  • I can’t express fully how lovely this week at the Locanda was for me. To think that just a year ago I turned up at In Sabina without knowing any of you is crazy. I feel so cosmically aligned with this group and this week and the space and the community that you created; I feel truly blessed to have been here and I know this is just the beginning of a new chapter in my yoga and my dharma … inshallah .. you are a wonderful and luminous teacher and friend. Mille grazie.
