A Weekend of Ease and Intention
This weekend unfolds with intention and ease. Mornings begin with quiet, followed by nourishing yoga, breath, and stillness practices to awaken body and mind. After a slow brunch, there’s time to wander the land, sip tea, read, rest, or enjoy a massage. Afternoons are unhurried, with optional workshops or simply space to just be. As the light fades, we gather again for grounding evening sessions before sharing a seasonal meal, followed by fireside chats or early nights. It’s a weekend designed to meet you where you are , soft, spacious, and deeply restorative.

Rooms are assigned first-come, with shared rates applied only when two people share. Solo guests will be paired by gender; otherwise, a single supplement applies.

Getting There
The retreat is easy to reach from London and is only a 5 to 10 minute drive from Yarmouth.
Travelling without a car
Take the train from London Waterloo to Lymington Pier, changing at Brockenhurst, then take the passenger ferry to Yarmouth.
One shared taxi will collect guests arriving at the agreed group time and take you to the retreat. Passenger ferry tickets are not included. Guests arriving at a different time will need to arrange their own taxi.
Travelling by car
Please contact me before booking your crossing. I can arrange your return car ferry through the venue, and this is included in your retreat. Free parking is available onsite.
Full travel information and group arrival arrangements will be sent before the retreat.
About Margherita
Margherita Dal Pra is a senior yoga teacher and Ayurvedic wellness counsellor with over 30 years of personal practice and 25 years of teaching experience.
Her warm, intuitive teaching brings together thoughtful alignment, flowing Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy. She creates practices that are both grounding and uplifting, encouraging students to listen to their bodies while exploring yoga with curiosity and depth.
Margherita has been leading retreats in the UK and around the world for since 2006. Her retreats are known for their welcoming atmosphere, nourishing practices, beautiful settings and the sense of connection they create.
Whether you are relatively new to yoga or have practised for many years, Margherita will meet you where you are and help you leave feeling restored, inspired and more deeply connected to yourself.

Not at all. Margherita’s teaching is supportive, inclusive, and adaptable—whether you're new to the practice or have been on the mat for years.

Absolutely. Many guests come alone and often leave with lifelong friends. If you'd like to share a room, we’ll do our best to match you with another solo guest, though this can’t be guaranteed.

Cost for a friend or partner sharing a room with a participant is the same as shared accommodation – there is no reduced fee for not taking yoga classes.
